Our Programs

Four pathways to equity

Each program addresses a different barrier between people and the care they need — and together they connect education, community, evidence, and wellbeing.

What We Offer

Our areas of focus

From digital health education to community outreach, our work addresses the real barriers that stand between people and the care they need. Everything we do is grounded in equity, evidence, and the communities we serve.

Health workforce capacity building

Developing skills, leadership, and workforce readiness for current and future health professionals.

Community-based programs

Delivering outreach and programs that address barriers to access and inclusion.

Data, innovation & health equity

Using data, technology, and innovation to advance health equity and improve community outcomes.
