Health is made at home, at work, and in community — at every age. Thrive helps families build it, from first heartbeat to ninety and beyond.

What Thrive does
Prevention that fits real life
Most health is made outside the clinic — in what we eat, how we move, how we cope, and how we care for each other. Thrive delivers community wellness programming focused on prevention across the lifespan.
Healthy living & prevention
Nutrition, physical activity, sleep, and preventive care education that fits real budgets, cultures, and schedules.
Chronic disease awareness
Community education on diabetes, hypertension, heart health, and cancer screening — knowing your numbers and acting early.
Mental health & wellbeing
Stigma-free mental health awareness, stress and resilience skills, and connection to appropriate supports for youth, adults, and caregivers.
Maternal, child & healthy aging
Supporting families through pregnancy, early childhood, and school-age health — and helping older adults stay active, connected, and independent.
Why it matters
Chronic disease is common. It isn't inevitable.
The conditions driving most illness and cost — diabetes, heart disease, untreated stress — build quietly over years, and they build fastest in communities with the least access to prevention resources, safe spaces to be active, and trusted health information. By the time systems respond, prevention's window has often closed.
Thrive exists to open that window earlier. When families have practical, culturally grounded tools for healthy living at every life stage, risk falls, conditions get caught sooner, and health becomes something communities build together — not something that happens to them.

I'm in Canada — can I get a Canadian tax receipt?
Not yet. Coasterners Health Access Foundation (Canada) has applied for registered charity status with the CRA. Until registration is granted, Canadian donors may give to the U.S. organization, but gifts are not deductible in Canada.
How much of my gift reaches the program?
100% of your donation. Our platform, Zeffy, charges Coasterners no platform or processing fees. Zeffy sustains itself through optional tips donors may choose to add at checkout — tips go to Zeffy, not to Coasterners.
What's the optional tip at checkout?
Zeffy may suggest a tip that supports Zeffy's free platform for nonprofits. It is entirely optional — you can set it to zero and your full donation still reaches Coasterners.
Can I give monthly?
Yes — monthly giving is the steadiest way to sustain Thrive programming year-round. You can change or cancel a monthly gift anytime.
