Our Mission

We exist to improve equitable access to health and social services, for everyone, everywhere, without exception. Through digital health education, health system navigation, community outreach, applied research, and knowledge mobilization, we work to dismantle the barriers that prevent individuals and families from getting the care and support they deserve.

We advance digital health literacy, strengthen care coordination, and collaborate with community, academic, and health-sector partners to generate, share, and apply evidence that drives meaningful, lasting improvement in health access, inclusion, and well-being.

Why This Work Matters.

Too many people fall through the cracks of health and social service systems, not because services don’t exist, but because accessing them is complicated, fragmented, and often inequitable. Language barriers, limited digital literacy, complex navigation pathways, and systemic exclusion mean that the people who need care the most are often the least likely to receive it.

Coasterners Health Access Foundation was built to address this reality. We bring together education, research, and community action to ensure that knowledge reaches people, and that people can act on it.
